Bookings – Terms & Conditions

1) Bookings

A booking can be made by using the online booking facility or by contacting us The Booking Agents direct by telephone or other means. Once we have received your booking details and deposit payment, we will confirm your booking by issuing and confirming your invoice either by email or post, whichever is appropriate. On arrival you will be picked up from Paphos Airport, taken to your villa free of charge. Please note that there is a charge from Larnaca Airport as it approximately 80 miles from Paphos. Normally you will take possession of your villa from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and are expected to vacate the property by 11 a.m. on the morning of departure. Thus allowing time for cleaning and housekeeping services.

2) Payment

In order to confirm your booking a deposit of 30% of the full payment is payable at the time of booking. The balance of the full payment is payable no less than 60 days prior to departure (or at the time of booking if departure is less than 60 days away).

3) Cancellations

Should you need to cancel you booking for any reason, you must inform us immediately in writing by post or email. As we incur cost from the time your booking is confirmed and may be unable to re-sell your period of stay, the following cancellation charges will be payable.

For this reason make sure that you are insured for any losses in the event of such a cancellation.
